Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of “the belt and road initiative” International Scientific and Cultural Cooperation

大力促进'一带一路'进程中中国与沿线国家间科技人文交流水平与质量,有利于推动中华文明与科学技术技术向世界的传播,增强国家之间协同创新与进步的步伐。在论述'一带一路'国际科技人文合作内涵的基础上,从产能合作、教育与人才培养合作、科学研究合作、智库建设与民间交流等维度分析了目前合作的具体方式与成效,对合作中存在的障碍因素进行深入分析,提出相应解决思路。

Vigorously promoting the level and quality of scientific and cultural exchanges between China and the countries along the'the belt and road initiative'process is conducive to promoting the spread of Chinese civilization and science and technology to the world and enhancing the pace of collaborative innovation and progress among countries.On the basis of discussing the connotation of'the belt and road initiative'international cooperation in science,technology and humanities,this paper analyzes the concrete ways and effects of the current cooperation from the perspectives of capacity cooperation,cooperation in education and personnel training,cooperation in scientific research,think tank construction and folk exchanges,and makes an in-depth analysis of the obstacles existing in the cooperation and puts forward corresponding solutions.
