Research on the Mechanism of Innovation Capability Improvement of Research universities from the Perspective of Innovation-driven

研究型大学是创新驱动发展的核心支撑力量,具有自身独特优势的同时也存在不少瓶颈问题。有针对性地提出对于提升我国研究型大学创新能力的思考:坚持科技创新和体制机制创新'双轮驱动',加强研究型大学的创新能力开放合作与融合;打破研究型大学内部的学科壁垒,大力推进学科交叉研究;突出质量和贡献导向,完善研究型大学创新能力评估体系。

Combining the era backgrounds and the actual performance of Chinese research universities in the innovation-driven development,This paper analyzes the core supporting role,the advantages and bottlenecks of research universities in innovation-driven development.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the innovation ability of Chinese research universities:We will pursue innovation in science and technology and innovation in institutions and mechanisms,promote the collaborative integration of research universities and other innovation bodies.To break down the academic barriers within research universities,vigorously promote interdisciplinary research.Tohighlight quality and contribution orientation,improve the evaluation system for innovation capabilities of research universities.
