产学研合作项目中研究所风险评价研究

Research on risk evaluation of research institutes in industry-university-research cooperation projects

通过对国内外文献的研究,结合专家访谈的结果,将研究所面临的风险划分为外部风险、合作风险和个体风险。根据不同风险的影响因子,构建了风险评价指标体系和评价模型。结果表明,研究所应该提高技术实力,选择声誉良好的合作方,通过制定目标、定期交流等方式规避合作中产生的冲突和误会,降低风险发生的概率。

As the main body of technology output,it faces many risks.Through the research on domestic and foreign literatures,combined with the results of expert interviews,this paper divides the risks faced by the research into external risks,cooperation risks and individual risks.According to the influencing factors of different risks,a risk evaluation index system and an evaluation model were established.The results show that the institute should improve its technical strength,select partners with good reputation,and avoid conflicts and misunderstandings arising from cooperation through setting goals and regular exchanges,and reduce the probability of occurrence of risks.
