我国高端产业不足与传统产能过剩的政策缺陷与对策研究

The shortage of high-end industries in China and the policy deficiencies of traditional overcapacity and countermeasures

随着经济全球化的全面推进,我国的产业结构在不断调整中发展,遵循产业发展的基本规律和产业结构演变的规律,保持本身发展优势的同时,大力发展高端产业,与世界经济的发展趋势接轨,努力建立健全世界级的现代化工业体系。但是,经历过金融危机之后,我国的传统产业出现了产能过剩现象,再加上高端产业发展的局限性使得我国经济发展受到了一定程度的限制,如何有效缓解高端产业不足和传统产能过剩的状态显得尤为重要。

along with comprehensive advance of economic globalization,our country’s development in continuous adjustment of industrial structure,follow the basic rule of industrial development and industrial structure evolution rule,keep itself development advantage at the same time,vigorously develop high-end industries,with the development trend of the world economy,efforts to establish a world-class modern industrial system.But,after the financial crisis,the country’s traditional industries appear the phenomenon of excess production capacity,coupled with the development of high-end industry limitations that is limited by a degree of economic development in our country,how to effectively alleviate the shortage of high-end industry and excess capacity of traditional economic status is important.
