军民融合产业园区融资模式创新研究

Research on an Innovative Financing Mechanism of Civil-military Industrial Zones

军民融合产业园区融资的核心问题是减小信息不对称性,破解因契约不完全引发的诸如逆向选择风险、道德风险等机会主义行为。通过引入第三方投融资平台公司以及产业园区管委会,规范产业园区融资契约行为,减少园区内企业融资约束,激励投资者投资意愿,并引导园区内企业选择适合自身发展的融资方式,提升融资效率。

The mission of the innovative financing mechanism of civil-military industrial zones is to reduce information asymmetry and solve the opportunistic behaviors such as adverse selection risk and moral hazard.This paper attempts to introduce the investment and financing platform company,as a third-party to regulate the financing contract behavior in the industrial zones,to reduce the financing constraints,to encourage investors’investing willingness,to guide enterprises to choose suitable financing methods,and thus,to improve the financing efficiency.
