摘要
基于生态位理论,从生态位势能、生态位宽度、生态位适宜度等方面来解析企业创新生态圈的形成机理,并结合长安汽车公司创新生态圈形成的案例,揭示出创新主体聚合、要素流动、战略协同对创新生态圈形成的作用,为我国企业的创新生态圈建设提供了理论参考。
This paper expounds the formation mechanism of firms’innovation ecosphere from the perspectives of niche advantage,niche breadth and niche suitability.With the case study of Chang’an Auto Company’s innovation ecosphere formation,it further explains how innovative partners’aggregation,resources flow and strategy synergy works on the formation,which present the theoretical advices for China’s innovation ecosphere building.
