以40年间USPTO数据库收录的世界高校授权专利为全样本,借助科技活力、竞争力指数,全新揭示了世界高校科技创新活动活动在不同专利部类中的博弈态势。主要研究结果揭示:当前我国在电、操作及运输两个IPC部类的基础研究溢出处于宝贵的机遇期,应通过真正落实产学研深度融合,着力提升基础研究的水平和质量,有效推动高校知识溢出,从源头上弥补企业对于前沿基础研究的技术创新不足,我国相关产业便完全有机会冲击并迈向全球价值链的高端。

Based on the forty years of assigned patent data of universities in the world as the whole sample,which obtained from the United States Patent and Trademark Office database,the gamble trends and possible technological chances were explored.The main results were revealed.the opportunities window in electricity and performing operations and transporting are opening up for China,thus we should truly adopt workable measures in university-industry deeply collaboration,to foster effective university knowledge spillover,which will help concurring the lack of basic research in industries,only by this way,our industries can dash into the forefront of global value chain.
