摘要
研发平台汇聚的创新资源是企业最终实现技术突破和可持续性优势的重要载体,但当前存在技术被窃取及技术转化率低等阻碍情境,导致企业无法在研发平台中获取持续性技术优势。选取华为作为典型案例,揭示基于隔离机制与组织学习协同的技术研发平台管理体系的跨层传导,分析和归纳了在阻碍技术发展的情境下技术研发平台管理体系的形成机制。研究发现:①组织学习与隔离机制的协同作用是形成核心技术研发平台管理体系的主要机制;②组织学习与隔离机制的协同形成的模仿障碍、先动者优势及差别优势是构成跨层传导的技术研发平台管理体系的关键要素。本研究有助于系统性地解决技术研发平台中阻碍企业获取技术优势的问题,指导合作创新行为,使企业取得持续性技术优势。
The innovation resources gathered by the R&D platform are important carrier for enterprises to finally achieve the breakthrough of core technologies.However,at present,the situation of core technologies being stolen and low technology conversion rate is an obstacle,which leads to the enterprise’s inability to obtain continuous technological advantages in the R&D platform.Huawei,based on isolation mechanism and organizational learning collaboration,which is selected as a typical case to reveal the cross-layer transmission of technology R&D platform management system,analyzes and summarizes the formation mechanism of the technology R&D platform management system under the circumstance of hindering technology development.Research findings:①the synergistic effect of organizational learning and isolation mechanism is the main mechanism to form R&D platform management system;②imitation barriers,first-mover advantage and different advantage formed by synergy are the key elements of the cross-layer integration double-linkage model.This study is helpful to solve the problem of preventing enterprises from obtaining core technology advantages in the platform,guide cooperative innovation behavior and obtain continuous technological advantage.
