结合近期出台的《中共中央国务院关于全面实施预算绩效管理的意见》的文件,阐述加强我国重大科技基础设施绩效管理的重要性,结合工作实际,提出若干建设设施绩效管理机制的思路和举措,为全面落实设施绩效管理提供重要参考。

Based on the recent policies,this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the performance management of Large Resesrch Infrastructures in China.Combining with working practice,it puts forward some ideas and measures on establishing performance management mechanism,which provides an important reference for the comprehensive implementation ofperformance management in future.
