摘要
大力推动技术转移机构建设、实现能力升级是优化我国科技成果转化体系的必然举措。从组织分层能力视角,探讨了技术转移机构中个体、团队/项目、机构三个层面的能力结构,并通过统计公报与调研数据对国家技术转移示范机构能力的现状与制约因素进行分析,最后基于能力升级提出相应提升策略。
It is an inevitable measure to optimize the transformation system of China’s scientific and technological achievements to vigorously promote the construction of technology transfer institutions and upgrade their capabilities.From the perspective of organizational stratification capability,this paper discusses the capability structure of individual,team/project and institution in technology transfer institutions.Through investigation,it makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and constraints of the capabilities of various technology transfer institutions in China,and finally puts forward corresponding development strategies based on capability upgrading.
