科技创新支撑自贸区与长江上游地区协同发展:效应与模式

Research on the supporting effect and mode of technological innovation for the coordinated development of the free trade zone and the upper reaches of the Yangtze river

建设自贸试验区是我国新时代改革创新的重要举措,为发挥科技创新优势营造了良好的制度环境。目前,我国区域经济发展不平衡现象依然存在,如何依托自贸区特殊制度环境,发挥科技创新支撑作用,是促使区域协同发展的关键。基于川、渝自贸区特殊的制度优势,研究科技创新支撑长江上游地区与川渝自贸区协同发展,探索自贸区与长江上游地区协同发展科技创新支撑效应和运行模式,最后提出对策建议。

The construction of free trade pilot area is an important measure of reform and innovation in the new era of our country,which creates a good institutional environment for giving full play to the advantages of scientific and technological innovation.At present,the unbalanced development of regional economy still exists in China.Research on the supporting effect and mode of technological innovation for the coordinated development of the free trade zone and the upper reaches of the Yangtze river.Based on the special institutional advantages of the free trade area between sichuan and chongqing,this paper studies the synergy of scientific and technological innovation between the free trade area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river and the free trade area between sichuan and chongqing,and explores the supporting effect and operation mode of scientific and technological innovation in the coordinated development of the free trade area and the free trade area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river.
