激光重熔预控破片子弹性能研究

摘要 为获得形状规则、表面光滑、硬度较高的预控破片,提出激光重熔预控破片的研究。某型号火箭弹配用子弹壳体采用激光重熔技术形成预控破片,通过子弹壳体解剖、检测试验及子弹地面性能威力试验,表明子弹壳体金相组织均匀性较好,表面硬度有明显提高,子弹静破甲垂直穿深、密集杀伤半径、破甲侵彻能力均满足指标要求,验证了激光重熔技术用于子弹壳体刻槽的可行性。 In order to obtain precontrol fragment with ruled shape,smooth surface and high hardness put forward the research of laser remelting precontrol fragment is presented. The bullet shells for one model rocket formed precontrol fragment through laser remelting technology it shows that microstructure uniformity is good,the bullet shell surface hardness are improved obviously,the bullet static vertical sunder armor penetration,dense radius,sunder armor penetration ability can satisfy the requirements of indicators through bullet shell anatomical test,detection test and bullet ground power performance test,and proved the feasibility of laser remelting technology for the bullet shells groove.
