正比计数管倍增系数M及第一汤姆逊系数α的研究

摘要 正比计数管的倍增系数M涉及到正比计数管的工作电压、气体组分、阴阳极尺寸等参数,是正比计数管优化设计的关键;而第一汤姆孙系数与M值密切相关。引入约化场强的概念,分别对常用的Diethorn和Rose&Korll倍增公式进行了完整推导,明确了M与各项参数间的关系;同时也分析了二者的存在的问题并提出了修正措施,为正比计数管的优化设计提供理论依据。 The parameters of operating voltage,gas component,radius of anode and cathode,et al are related to the gas multiplication factor of proportional counter,which is the key for optimizing the design of proportional counter,whilst the first Tomnsand confficient is closed to the M value. The concept of reduced electric field intensity is cited,the complete derivation of the common Diethorn and Rose & Korll multiplication formulas are achieved separately,the relationship between the M and every parameter is distinguished. Whilst the existing problems are analyzed and the corrective measurements are improved,and offer theoretic reference for optimizing design of the proportional counter.
