摘要
采用混合传感器优化布置算法,将其应用在某多功能机翼盒段模型的结构健康监测试验中。用有限元方法进行模态分析,运用混合算法得到传感器的布置方案。通过有效独立法确定传感器的初始测点,然后利用模态置信度方法确定传感器的数量,最终得到传感器的布置方案。对已完成传感器布置的机翼盒段进行拉拉疲劳试验,采用提出的损伤特征量构造方法进行结构健康监测。结果表明,采用混合算法布置的传感器可以有效采集结构信息,满足在实际工程中的应用要求。
A new hybrid optimal sensor placement algorithm was applied in structural health monitoring test of multifunction wing box. The modal analysis was carried out by using the finite element analysis method,and the modal matrix was processed by using the hybrid method. The initial point of sensor was determined by effective independence method and then used the modal assurance criterion to determine the number of sensors,finally the layout of sensor was got. The constructed structural damage feature index was used in fatigue test of wing box for structural health monitoring. The results show that the hybrid algorithm could collect structural information effectively,and the requirement of application in practical engineering can be satisfied.
