摘要
冷凝消雾收水装置可实现冷却塔水蒸气深度回收,基于对间壁式冷凝消雾收水装置结构研究,提出了适用于CSCT和FSCT冷凝消雾收水装置的设计方法。建立了冷凝收水装置热力计算模型、冷凝量计算模型及阻力计算模型;并构建了冷凝收水装置设计计算流程。计算方法可为冷凝收水装置的设计及优化提供参考,是机械通风冷却塔冷凝消雾收水装置研发和推广的关键技术。
The condensing and defogging water collecting device can realize the deep recovery of water vapor in the cooling tower. Based on the research on the structure of the condensing and defogging water collecting device,the design method for the CSCT and FSCT condensing and defogging water collecting device were proposed and the condensation were established. The heat calculation model,the condensation calculation model and the resistance calculation model of the water collection device were constructed;and the design calculation flow of the condensation water collection device was constructed;the calculation method can provide reference for the design and optimization of the condensation water collection device,which is the condensation and fog elimination of the mechanical ventilation cooling tower. Key technology for the development and promotion of water collection equipment.
