集中载荷作用下悬索跨越管道的应变响应 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究悬索跨越管道受集中载荷作用时的响应情况,通过相似实验和有限元仿真相互验证的方法,搭建了悬索跨越管道相似实验平台,建立了悬索跨越管道有限元仿真模型,进行了无集中载荷、集中载荷作用在管道不同位置处的应变数据实验测试和仿真模拟,分析了每种状态下管道上方的应变分布规律,结果表明:无集中载荷时,整个悬索跨越管道上方的应变呈"W"状分布,两端应变数值最大;集中载荷作用在管道两端时,对整个管道上方的应变分布规律影响不大;集中载荷作用在管道1/4、1/2和3/4位置处时,会导致整个管道的应变发生较大变化。 In order to study the response of suspension pipeline under concentrated load,through the mutual verification method of the similar experiment and the finite element simulation,the similar experiment platform for suspension pipeline was built,and the finite element simulation model of suspension pipeline was established,then the strain data of experimental tests and simulations were carried out under no concentrated load and concentrated load at different positions of the suspension pipeline,and the strain distribution of the pipeline in each state was analyzed.The results show that when there is no concentrated load,the strain of the whole suspension pipeline is distributed in a'W'shape,and the strain value at both ends of the pipeline is the maximum;when the concentrated load acts on both ends of the pipeline,it has little influence on the strain distribution of the entire pipeline;when the concentrated load acts on 1/4,1/2 and 3/4 positions of the pipeline,the strain of the whole pipeline will change greatly.
