新型装配整体式梁板节点受力性能试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 为解决现在预制装配式混凝土结构中叠合楼板技术中存在的成本过高、节点连接处受力薄弱、整体性差等问题,提出一种刚接全边界整体预制楼板、并采用环氧树脂涂抹连接处的新型装配整体式梁板节点。对提出的一种新型装配整体式梁板节点悬臂端进行单调静力加载试验,记录了其受力变化过程和破坏特征,获取各梁板节点试件的承载能力、荷载-受拉面筋应变曲线等力学性能。试验结果表明:未经过接缝处理的装配式梁板节点构件表现为弯剪破坏和沿叠合面剪切破坏,而采用涂抹环氧树脂进行连接处理的装配整体式梁板节点试件则表现为受弯破坏。此外,经过接缝处理的装配式梁板节点试件具有较高承载力。说明采用涂抹环氧树脂进行连接处理的装配整体式梁板节点试件可以使新旧混凝土更好地形成一个整体而工作。 In order to solve the problems such as high cost,weak force and integrity of the joints in prefabricated concrete structures,a new type of beam-board node with a new integrated prefabricated floor slab and a new type of epoxy resin coated joint is proposed.The monotonic static loading test is carried out on the plate cantilever end.The stress change process and failure characteristics are recorded.The load-bearing capacity,load-tensile strain curve,fracture development process,load-deflection curve of the specimens are obtained.Test results show that without joint processing of prefabricated beam slab node component showed bending failure and shear failure along the polymer surface,and the joints applied epoxy resin showed bending failure by improving the connection.In addition,the joints applied epoxy resin have the advantages of high bearing capacity,slow crack development and less deflection.It is indicated that the application of epoxy resin can make the new and old concrete work better.
