泽桂癃爽治疗女性尿道综合征的疗效观察

The clinical observation on the treatment of female urethral syndrome

目的:观察中药泽桂癃爽治疗女性尿道综合征的疗效。方法:我们选取2013-05~2014-03 80例女性尿道综合征患者随机分为实验组40例(坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合泽桂癃爽片组)及对照组40例(坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合安慰剂组),治疗一个月,观察其疗效。结果:实验组有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率为82.5%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:泽桂癃爽治疗女性尿道综合征有确切疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Zeguilongshuang capsule in treatment of female urethral syndrome.Methods:We selected 80 cases of female urethral syndrome from 2013 May to 2014 March,and randomly divided them into experimental group(taking both Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules and Zeguilongshuang tablets)and control group(taking both Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules and Placebo tablets)with 40 cases each.The curative effect was observed after one month.Results:The effective rate of experimental group was 97.5%,and 82.5% in control group.The difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of female urethral syndrome has curative effect.
