非高脂血症状态下不同月龄大鼠阴茎海绵体内NOS与NF-κB表达的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the expressions of NOS and NF-κB in rats aged different months with non hyperlipidemia

目的:通过对不同月龄Wistar雄性大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度的检测,勃起功能进行测定,以及对阴茎海绵体内转录因子(NF-κB)的表达情况和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)表达含量的检测。方法:进行统计学分析,明确非高血脂症状态下不同月龄勃起功能正常的大鼠阴茎海绵体内NOS和NF-κB表达之间的相关性。结果:各组大鼠阴茎勃起功能均正常,TC、TG、HDL、LDL在不同月龄组均无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明不同月龄大鼠均处于非高血脂症状态;大鼠阴茎海绵体内NOS含量随月龄的增长而降低,而NF-κB的表达情况则随月龄的增长而增加。结论:NF-κB的表达情况和NOS含量呈负相关。

Objective:To study the correlation between the expressions of NOS and NF-kB in rats aged different months with non hyperlipidemia.Methods:The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)concentration detection in different month old Wistar male rat serum and erectile function were detected.And the expression of nuclear transcription factor(NF-κB)and the activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in phallic sponge body were also detected.Then we did the statistical analysis to make clear the correlation between NOS and NF-κB in different months old rats.Results:The penile erectile function of rats in each group was normal,and there were no significant difference of TC,TG,HDL and LDL in different age groups,which demonstrated that the normal erectile rats of different months were in non hyperlipidemia.With the growth of rats,the contents of NOS were decreased,while the expressions of NF-κB increased.There was a negative correlation between the expression of NF-κB and the content of NOS.Conclusion:The study provides a theoretical basis for ED prevention and treatment.
