成人安氏Ⅱ^1类与Ⅱ^2类错[牙合]软组织侧貌对比研究

Comparative study of the soft tissue profile among Angle Class Ⅱ~1 and Ⅱ~2 adult malocclusion

目的:对比成人安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合与安氏Ⅱ2类错牙合颌面部形态特点,通过对比研究二者颌面部形态差异为临床诊断和治疗工作提供参考依据。方法:选择安氏Ⅱ1类与安氏Ⅱ2类错牙合患者共60例,性别比1:1,年龄>18岁。应用X线头影测量技术对选取的22项软组织指标进行测量。结果:鼻唇角、上唇倾角、上唇突角、下唇突角、上唇厚、下唇突点-E线距的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中下唇倾角(P<0.01)。结论:成人安氏Ⅱ1类比Ⅱ2类的上下唇均前突,且其上唇厚度小于安氏Ⅱ2类错牙合。

Objective:To compare the adult Angle Ⅱ1 malocclusion and Angle Ⅱ2 malocclusion maxillofacial morphological characteristics in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:We used cephalometric technique of X to measure the selected 22 indicators of the soft tissue.Results:The differences of the nasolabial angle,upper lip angle,upper lip protrusion angle,lower lip protruding corners,thick upper lip,lower lip bump-E line from the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05),in which the lower lip inclination(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with Angle Ⅱ2,Adult Ⅱ1 malocclusion in the upper and lower lip are all protrusion,and whose thickness is less than the upper lip Angle Ⅱ2 class malocclusion patients.
