洁牙术联合聚维酮碘用于治疗牙龈炎的临床疗效观察

The effect of teeth cleaning operation uniting povidone-iodine on the gingivitis curative effect

目的:观察洁牙术联合聚维酮碘用于治疗牙龈炎的疗效。方法:实验组予每天早晚两次刷牙后同时给予聚维酮碘外用治疗,每次外用5秒,为期2周、4周,各在实验前、后观察牙龈临床指标。结果:洁牙术联合聚维酮碘外用后,临床观察牙龈指标明显低于阴性对照组。结论:洁牙术联合聚维酮碘用于治疗牙龈炎疗效理想。

Objective: To investigate the effect of teeth cleaning operation uniting povidone- iodine on the gingivitis curative effect. Methods: Subjects were assessed at the beginning and the end of a two- week period during which they externally used povidone- iodine for 5s twice morning and evening after cleaning their teeth.Subjects were observed in gingival clinical index and after investigation. Results: The gingival clinical index of patients who use uniting cleaning teeth surgery was lower than that in negative control group. Conclusion: It is good to use povidone- iodine in morning and evening after cleaning their teeth. United cleaning teeth surgery can reduce negative gingivitis in subjects.
