摘要
2013年8月,以位于新疆维吾尔自治区天山中部的巴音布鲁克天鹅湖湿地为研究区,通过野外调查和采样,对巴音布鲁克天鹅湖湿地植物、土壤和水体有机碳含量进行了研究,估算了该湿地的有机碳密度和储量。结果表明,天鹅湖湿地土壤有机碳密度为5.10 kg/m2,植物地上部分的有机碳密度为0.13 kg/m2,植物地下部分的有机碳密度为2.55 kg/m2,水体有机碳质量浓度为12.78 mg/L;天鹅湖湿地总有机碳储量约为51.675×108kg,其中,植物地上部分的总有机碳储量为1.123×108kg,占总有机碳储量的2.17%;土壤总有机碳储量为33.599×108kg,占65.02%;植物地下部分的总有机碳储量为16.945×108kg,占32.79%;水体总有机碳储量约为0.008×108kg,占0.02%。
Taking the Bayanbulak Swan lake alpine wetland which was located in the center of Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the study area, the organic carbon concentrations of plants, soil and water were measured in August, 2013, and the density and storage of organic carbon for Swan Lake wetlands were estimated through filed investigation and sampling samples. The results showed that the organic carbon density of the soils, above-ground biomass, below-ground biomass and the water in Swan Lake wetlands were 5.10 kg/m2, 0.13 kg/m2 and 2.55 kg/m2, and organic carbon concentration of the water was 12.78mg/L. The total organic carbon storage of Swan Lake wetlands was about 51.675×108kg. Soils were the biggest carbon stock at Swan Lake wetlands and it stored about 33.599×108kg(65.02% of total organic carbon storage) organic carbon, followed by below-ground biomass and above-ground biomass, which stored about16.945×108kg(32.79%) and 1.123×108kg(2.17%) organic carbon, respectively. Water was the smallest carbon stock in Swan Lake wetlands and it only stored 0.008×108kg organic carbon, which accounted for about0.02% of total organic carbon storage.
