摘要
重视和加强科研诚信教育是推进科研诚信建设的主要国家的共同经验。在政策层面,我国自本世纪初以来就反复强调科研诚信教育的重要性;但在实践层面,与科研诚信建设体系化国家相比,我国的科研诚信教育仍明显滞后。为加快我国科研诚信教育水平,文章集中讨论了当前我国开展科研诚信教育面临的几个争议最大的关键问题:课程开设的对象、主体、课程性质,以及如何调动高校和教师开课的积极性。在此基础上,通过借鉴国际成功经验,提出适合我国实际情况的建设性意见。
Paying attention to and strengthening research integrity training is the common experience of the major countries that promote research integrity. At the policy level, the importance of scientific integrity training has been repeatedly emphasized since the beginning of this century in China;but at the practical level, compared with the countries which research integrity have been systematic, research integrity training in China has been still left behind. This article focuses on several controversial key issues about the development of scientific integrity training in China, such as the object, the subject,nature of the curriculum, and mobilizing the enthusiasm of colleges and teachers, and tries to learn from international successful experiences, in order to get suitable measure for promoting research integrity training currently in China.
