摘要
内隐原型(内隐领导原型和内隐追随原型)源于内隐理论,反映了个体对角色的积极期望,在领导过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。以内隐理论为主要依据,将内隐领导原型和内隐追随原型同时纳入模型且聚焦原型匹配对员工行为(角色内行为和组织公民行为)的影响。通过对本土5家企业的239名员工的数据分析,结果发现,内隐原型匹配与员工行为显著正相关,具体地,内隐追随原型匹配与内隐领导原型匹配的交互效应与员工行为显著正相关,并且领导—成员交换在其中起中介作用。
Both implicit leadership prototype and implicit followership prototype mainly reflect the individual’s expectation on 'traits of a role', and play a more and more important role in the leadership process. Based mainly on implicit theory, the study brings implicit leadership and followership prototype match into the model, and discusses the matching effect on employees’ workplace behaviors(in-role behavior and organizational citizenship behavior). Through the multi-time research of 239 employees from 5 domestic enterprises, the result find that the individual’s perception of implicit prototype matches is positively correlated with employees’ behaviors. Specifically,the interaction between leaders’ perceptions of employee implicit followership prototype match and employees’ perceptions of leader implicit leadership prototype match positively correlates with employees’ behaviors. Furthermore, the leader-member exchange mediates this relationship.
