在中国由创新驱动走向创新引领的发展态势下,建设新型科技创新生态系统,加快重大核心关键技术突破,提升国家和企业在全球创新体系中的位势与持续竞争力,成为创新治理的关键内容。整合式创新理论作为科技创新的新范式,是战略引领、协同创新、全面创新和开放创新的综合体。结合整合式创新、生态位等理论,提出'科技创新生态位'的概念,阐述了其定义和概念模型。

Given the trend that China is transiting from innovation-driven to innovation-led geowth,it is necessary to build a new science and technology innovation ecosystem,in order to speed up major breakthroughs in key technologies,and enhance the potential and sustainable competence of countries and enterprises in the global innovation system.As a new paradigm of innovation,holistic innovation theory is a synthesis of strategic guidance,collaborative innovation,total innovation and open innovation.Based on the theory of holistic innovation and niche,this paper puts forward the concept of’niche of scientific and technological innovation’,and expounds its definition and conceptual model.
