摘要
随着'大众创业、万众创新'的扎实推进,创业企业不断涌现,员工离职创业更是呈现出了蓬勃发展的态势。基于知识溢出创业理论和制度理论,探讨了制度环境如何影响企业内部知识过滤与其员工离职创业行为之间的关系。通过分析165家企业的调研数据,结果发现:企业内部知识过滤正向影响员工离职创业;政府财政支持、政府非财政支持和行业技术动荡性强化企业知识过滤对员工离职创业行为的正向作用,而行业市场竞争强度弱化这一正向关系。
As the policies and programs of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation continue and deepen in recent years,China has witnessed a surge in the number of new ventures,especially those established by former employees.Building on the knowledge spillover theory of entrepreneurship and institutional theory,this research investigates how knowledge filter in incumbent firms influences their employee venturing behaviors by considering institutional environments as boundary conditions.The results from analyzing survey data collected from 165 firms operating in China show that:a)knowledge filter is positively associated with employee venturing behaviors,and b)government fiscal support,government non-fiscal support,and industry technological turbulence enhance but industry market competitiveness weakens this positive relationship.
