食品毒理学与保健食品功能学评价中流式细胞术的运用分析 被引量:1

摘要 当前,细胞和分子生物技术,特别是单克隆抗体与分子探针技术发展日新月异,流式细胞术日渐成熟,且在食品毒理学与保健食品功能学评价中得到了良好的应用。该技术在快速测量细胞物理或化学性质、分选高纯度亚细胞中优越性大,本研究即分析了流式细胞术在食品毒理学与保健食品功能学评价中的实际应用。
