浅论唐代的“三省制”

摘要 唐代的"三省制"是指在中央政府行政体制中,由中书省主决策、门下省主审议、尚书省主执行的一种宰相制度。学者们通常认为唐代三省制是中国封建社会成熟的标志。它具有三权分立、节制君权、集思广益、职责分明等优点,后世的宰相制度基本沿袭了其组织框架和精神内涵。 Three provinces system in the Tang Dynasty refers to by the Secretariat to the main decision- making, a main consideration, Shangshu, chief executive of a prime minister system in the administrative system of the central government. Scholars usually think that the three provinces of the Tang Dynasty is a sign of the maturity of Chinese feudal society. It has three power division, monarchical power control, brainstorming, clear responsibility etc. advantage, later the prime minister system basically followed the organization frame and spiritual connotation.
