TOBSPIN切丝机增加除尘系统

TOBSPIN切丝机在切丝的过程中,存在着出口粉尘污染和烟丝浪费的问题。本文针对目前TOBSPIN切丝机存在的问题,增加了除尘装置,该装置通过对粉尘和烟丝进行分离,达到了除去粉尘的目的,并且能够回收烟丝,降低了烟丝的损耗,具有重要的应用推广价值。

During the cutting tobacco cutter process with the TOBSPIN machine, it exist the problems of dust pollution and it waste much tobacco. In this paper, a dust- removing equipment is used to solve the above problems. With the equipment, the tobacco can be separated from the dust. Therefore, the equipment can realize the purpose of removing the dust; meanwhile, it can recycle the tobacco. In other words, it reduces the loss of the tobacco. In one word, the equipment has an important application value.
