强制隔离戒毒人员治疗与康复管理信息系统的研究

针对当前国内戒毒治疗方法及戒毒康复所的工作模式,为寻求有效的治疗方法提供及时的数据支持,解决强制隔离戒毒人员多方面信息管理问题,也为强制隔离戒毒人员的社会化管理提供帮助。根据对戒毒康复所的调查资料,利用数据库和网络化技术,实现强制隔离戒毒人员入所/出所等一般管理、药物治疗和康复治疗管理、吸毒人员心理状况的综合测评管理和随访管理。该系统显著提高管理人员的工作效率,为合理利用强制隔离戒毒人员信息进行个性化治疗提供方便,并为探索综合戒毒方法提供深入研究的工具。

Focusing on the treatment of drug addiction and the operating mode of Drug Rehabilitation Institute in China, supporting the data in order to work out the efficient way of addicting drug on time, managing the data of compulsory drug addicts on several aspects, and also trying to work efficiently on the social management of compulsory drug addicts. Based on the surveys and documents of Drug Rehabilitation Institute, using data base and network techniques, achieving the general management of compulsory drug addicts being in of out of the Drug Rehabilitation Institute, also the management of drug treatment and rehabilitation, also the management of psychological status of compulsory drug addicts generally and random survey management. The system can obviously improve the working efficiency of working staff, and make the it convenient on the efficiency of independent treatment based on the personal information of compulsory drug addicts, also in order to find out the comprehensive drug addicting method in the long term research.
