摘要
当今的幼儿教育提倡自主探索,主动学习,在这一过程中教师的角色定位是个热点话题。本文将从认识论的视角,引导教师在认识儿童的基础上扮演好等待者、兴趣激发者的角色;在认识材料和环境的基础上扮演好材料提供者和环境创设者的角色;在认识探索结果的基础上扮演好应答者的角色。希望对幼儿自主探索中的教师角色有更清晰的解读。
Today’s preschool education advocate autonomous exploration and active learning.Teacher’s role orientation in this process is a hot topic.This article from the perspective of epistemology, lead teachers on the basis of understanding children play the role of waiters, interest stimulators and responders;on the basis of understanding materials and environment play the role of good material provider and environmental creators;on the basis of understanding the results play the role of good responders.Hope to have a clear interpretation of teacher’s role orientation in children’s autonomous exploration.
