论体能训练对儿童身体健康的影响
摘要
儿童是祖国的未来,儿童身体素质与国家未来经济建设及发展密切相关。本文从体能训练对儿童健康的影响出发,探讨现阶段体育课中的体能训练对儿童健康的影响,并在文中最后,提出促进体能训练增强儿童身体健康的措施。
