摘要
通过大量实验 ,研究了钽铌尾矿在烧结法微晶玻璃装饰板中的应用。确定了 Ca O— Al2 O3— Si O2 系统玻璃颗粒的起始烧结温度 ( Ts) ,起始析晶温度 ( Tc)。利用 X射线衍射分析 ( XRD)和扫描电子显微镜 ( SEM) ,对晶化试样的物相进行鉴定和微观结构观察。研究结果表明 ,钽铌尾矿可以作为烧结法生产微晶玻璃的原料 ,并且可以得到主晶相为β-硅灰石的微晶玻璃。
In this paper,a lot of experiments were done to study on application of power plant niobiumtailing of tantalum in synthesizing glass-ceramics decorative plate by sintering technology.The incipient sintered temperature (Ts) and the incipient crystallization temperature (Tc) of the glass particles were defined.The phase and the microstructure of the glass-ceramics were observed from the results of the X-ray diffraction analysis and the SEM photographs.The results show that,niobium tailing of tantalum can be used as the raw material of glass-ceramics by sintering technology.Furthermore,olivine and black glass-ceramics,whose main crystal phase is β-CaSiO 3,can be obtained.
