我国国际竞争力的提高 ,必须实行宏观、微观和市场三个层面的整体发展战略。从宏观层面 ,加快产业结构优化、升级 ,提升比较优势 ,实行重点产业跨越式发展 ,提高我国产业国际竞争力 ;从微观层面 ,以培育核心能力为重点 ,提高我国企业的国际竞争力 ;从市场层面 ,正确定位品牌 ,提升品牌价值 。
In order to improve our international competitive strength, we must perform a uniform developing strategy considering three aspects of macro, micro and market. In terms of macro aspect, we must speed up optimizing and promoting the industry structure, increase the comparative advantage, and implement the spanned development of key industry to improve our international competitive strength of industry; in terms of micro aspect, we must focus on cultivating core competence to improve our international competitive strength of enterprises; in terms of market aspect, we must correctly define brands, promote brand value to improve our international competitive strength of products.
