摘要
教师教学效能感作为影响学生的学业成绩的重要预测变量一直是教育心理研究的热点 ,通过对 3 64名中学体育和非体育教师教学效能感的比较研究。结果表明 :1、体育教师个人教学效能感高于文理科教师 ,文理科教师一般教育效能感高于体育教师 ,2、教龄对体育教师和文理科教师的教学效能感具有显著影响。 3、性别、学历对教师教学效能感没有显著影响 ,也不存在着专业、教龄、性别。
Using the method of questionnaire , the author finds that the PE teacher has a better sense of teaching efficacy than the other lesson's teacher in college , the teacher's work age has a notable influence to their sense of teaching efficacy , but their sex and educational background has no affect to it .
