摘要
本文研究了塘坞石煤中钒的赋存价态及其在氧化培烧过程中钒的价态分布,探讨了氯化钠在石煤提钒过程中对钒的氧化和转化作用,并提出了塘坞石煤钠盐氧化焙烧的最佳条件。
This paper describes the oxidation states of vanadium present in the stone-like coal from Tang-Wu Mine and their distribution in the process of oxidizing roasting. Sodium chloride plays two roles in the extraction of vanadium pentoxide: acclerating the oxidizing reaction of Ⅴ and reacting with Ⅴ to form soluble vanadate. The best conditions for roasting were found to be temperature of 800℃ for 1 hour and mineral/salt=100/ 13(wt .)
