摘要
针对从西太平洋海底获取的20个深海沉积物柱状样品进行了涂片鉴定,确定了沉积物类型;对2个柱状样品进行了现场土力学测试分析,获得沉积物的天然含水率、天然密度、微型贯入阻力和扭力抗剪强度等物理力学性质。结果表明:研究区海底10 m以浅的深海沉积物类型单一,以含沸石粘土和深海粘土为主;沉积物物理力学性质与沉积物类型基本一致,二者之间表现出良好的一致性;但受控于沉积速率、沉积物源及环境因素影响,其内部规律较为复杂,有待进一步探讨。
Sediment types were determined for 20 columnar sediment samples from the seafloor of western Pacific using the smear identification. Geotechnical test and analysis were conducted for 2 columnar samples on site,with physico-mechanical properties obtained,including water content,density,micro penetration resistance and torsion shear strength. Results show that deep-sea sediments type,being uniform,is predominately zeolite clay and pelagic clay,which is 10 meters deep from the seafloor in the study area. It is found a good consistency between physico-mechanical properties of sediments and sediments type. Due to being effected by sedimentary rate,sediment source and environmental factors,the deep-sea sediment appears to have a relatively complex formation regulation for its interior structure,which remains for further discussion.
