摘要
为了提高冷轧带钢的板形质量,建立了转向辊磨损补偿模型,依托该模型开发的在线板形信号补偿技术成功应用于1 450 mm冷带轧机上,使板形辊在线检测板形信号准确反映冷轧带钢的真实板形情况。结果表明:增加补偿曲线后明显改善了带钢板形,提高了板形的平坦度,对实现冷轧带钢的高精度板形控制具有重要作用。
A wear compensation model for deflector roll was established in order to improve the shape and quality of cold-rolled steel strip. The online flatness signal compensation technology developed based on the model was successfully applied to 1450 mm cold strip rolling mill,making the on-line flatness detecting signal of the strip shape roller accurately reflect the real shape of the cold-rolled steel strip. The experimental results show that the strip shape and strip flatness are all improved significantly after adding compensation curve. It plays an important role in achieving high precision flatness control of cold-rolled strips.
