摘要
知识型任务所固有的时间约束条件的模糊性和变动性要求其超越知识协调,运用时间协调机制消除时间冲突,保证团队以整体的状态运行。针对现有团队时间协调机制的研究往往只侧重以团队时间领导为代表的外显时间协调机制而忽视内隐时间协调机制的现状,引入团队时间心智模型作为内隐时间协调机制,考察其对团队效能的影响,以及与团队时间领导的关系。对102个知识型团队样本进行统计分析,结果表明,团队时间领导和团队时间心智模型对团队绩效和成员满意度均有显著影响;团队时间心智模型在团队时间领导和团队效能间有显著的中介作用;时间压力调节了时间领导-时间心智模型以及时间领导-团队效能间的关系。
The inherent ambiguity and variability of knowledge-based tasks require temporal coordination mechanism to eliminate temporal conflict and maintain the team as a whole,which are beyond the knowledge coordination. Aiming at the shortage of existing studies of team temporal coordination mechanism,which focus on explicit temporal coordination mechanism represented by team temporal leadership and overlook the implicit temporal coordination mechanism,this paper introduces team temporal mental model as implicit temporal coordination mechanism,investigating its relationship with team effectiveness and team temporal leadership. The results of the statistical analysis of 102 knowledge-based teams show that team temporal leadership and team temporal mental model has significant influence on team performance and members’ satisfaction; team temporal mental model significantly mediates the relationship between team temporal leadership and team effectiveness; and team temporal pressure significantly moderates the relationship between the temporal leadership-temporal mental model and the temporal leadership-team effectiveness.
