摘要
企业组织情境的研究是目前企业管理聚焦的一个重要课题。本文问卷调研了358家创新型中小企业为样本,在中国背景下通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,进行企业组织情境的因子测量并对其缓冲效应进行分析,基于一种研究对象深入揭示企业的组织情境作用机制,有效地将这些孤立的、分散的研究进行系统整合并给予特色凝练与推广,结论对企业管理具有重要借鉴意义。
The enterprise's organizational situation is an important topic in recent management research. The paper collected 358questionnaires( enterprises' data) as example to measure the enterprises' organizational situation on the background of China.Through an exploratory and confirmatory analysis,it made a factor measurement of the enterprise's organizational situation and an analysis of its mediating effect,and summarized and analyzedthe mutil- level decision mechanism through independent&unite innovative methods. The conclusion will give us meaningful lesson to enterprise management.
