云南生物产业科研团队协同性能测度及影响因素研究

A research on measurement and influencing factors of cooperativity in Yunnan bio-industry scientific research team

首先基于对云南生物产业科研团队的访谈和认可度问卷调查,构建了云南生物产业科研协同性能的影响因素。然后结合云南生物产业科研团队的调研数据,运用因子分析和模糊集值统计的方法,从沟通、协作和异质性知识交互三个方面对云南省高校及科研院所的48个生物产业科研团队进行了综合评价。结果表明,云南生物产业科研团队的协同性能处于良好水平。而沟通的意愿、电子沟通方式、对研究问题的感知、有大致相同的思维方式、对研究任务的领悟、主观能动性的发挥、异质性知识交互意愿和异质性知识的分享是影响云南生物产业科研团队协同性能的主要因素。

Firstly,on the basis of investigation and questionnaire for the recognition degree on Yunnan bio- industry research team,we constructed the influencing factors of Yunnan bio- industry scientific research team cooperativity. Afterwards we use methods like factor analysis and fuzzy sot- valued statistics,combining with the research data of Yunnan bio- industry scientific research team,and give a comprehensive evaluation on 48 universities and research institutes' bio- industry research teams on three aspects: communication,cooperativity and heterogeneity knowledge interaction. The result shows that the cooperativity in Yunnan bio- industry scientific research team is in a good condition,and communicating wills,electronic communication mode,perception to research issues,similar way of thinking,comprehension to research missions,subjective initiative,heterogeneity knowledge interaction wills and sharing are the main influencing factors of cooperativity.
