A Research on the evaluation system in scientific organizations based on the growing force

摘要 文章以成长力为视角,探究了科研机构评价问题。在分析人才、治理、资源三个成长力要素的基础上,提出了结果指标与动因指标动态均衡的系统整合评价方法,构建了以成长力为导向的资源影响声誉、运行治理、成果产出三个层次的评价体系。 From the perspective of growing force,the evaluation of research institutions is studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of talents,management and resources,the systems Integration Evaluation Method is proposed in which the outcome- index and motivation- index have adynamic equilibrium,and a growing- force oriented evaluation system is constructed in which resources influence reputation,operations management and technology outcome.
