摘要
提出了科研项目绩效指标确定原则,应用逻辑模型分析法确定了科研项目绩效指标体系框架。重点研究了产出指标和效益指标,将产出指标中的数量、质量、时效3类二级指标进行关联分析,确定了22项产出二级指标内容,15项效益二级指标内容作为科研项目通用绩效指标。
This paper proposes the principle for establishing the performance index of scientific research projects,and determines the framework for the performance index system of scientific research projects by using logic model analysis method. The output index and benefit index are focused on,and the correlation among quantity index,output index and time index is analyzed. Then 22 secondary output indicators,15 secondary efficiency indicators are recommended as common performance index for scientific research projects.
