摘要
在科普能力指标体系文献研究的基础上,从企业科普创新的角度,构建了包括科普创新的投入能力、科普创新的管理能力、科普创新的产出能力、市场营销能力、技术创新能力、科普活动能力6个方面、16项指标的企业科普能力评价指标体系,并用层次法确定指标的权重,采用模糊评价的方法建立企业科普能力的评价标准。
Enterprise popularization ability plays an important role in advancing national innovation ability. Based on the definition of national science popularization ability,the enterprise science popularization ability is put forward and the theoretical model and the index system of enterprise popularization capacity is also constructed from the perspective of enterprise science popularization innovation,including such 6 indicators as investment capabilities of science innovation,science popularization innovative management,output capacity of science popularization innovation output capacity,marketing capabilities,technological innovation,science popularization activity as well as 16 indicators,and a hierarchy method is used to determine the index weight and a fuzzy evaluation method is also used to determine the enterprise science popularization capacity.
