摘要
产学研合作创新是国家体系中重要的创新模式,是产学研协同创新的基础。产学研合作网络的结构对企业创新绩效具有重要影响。本文利用中国国家知识产权局1999-2008年间信息与通信技术产业(ICT)的专利数据,以三年时间窗构建以企业、大学、研究机构为节点的产学研合作网络,并计算有关网络结构特征指标;提取生成涉及2603家企业的大样本面板数据,使用负二项式回归模型实证分析合作创新网络结构对企业创新绩效的影响。
The innovation of industry- university- research( I- U- R) cooperation is an important mode of innovation in the national systems,serving as a basis for I- U- R synergy innovation. The structure of I- U- R cooperation network has an important impact on innovation performance. In this research,we used the co- applied patent data of the Information and Communication Technology Industry( ICT) during 1999- 2009 from State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China( SIPO) to create the I- U- R collaboration network based on the three- year windows,and calculate the indicators related to the network structure features. Then,we obtain and generate the panel data oflarge sample with 2603 firms to test the impact of industry- university collaboration network structure on firm innovation performance with the help of negative binomial model.
