我国创新评价研究综述:回顾与展望

A review andoutlook of the innovation evaluation research in China

论文以246篇同行评议的中文期刊论文为基础,采用描述性分析和系统性分析相结合的方式对我国创新评价研究进行了综述。首先,论文梳理了我国创新评价的研究脉络,而后从创新过程的视角,全面梳理了创新驱动因素评价(如创新能力评价、创新政策评价)、创新主体评价(如国家创新系统、区域创新体系、创新型企业、创新型城市等评价)、创新行为评价(如技术创新、产品创新、工艺创新、管理创新等评价)、创新绩效评价、创新风险评价等流派的文献,提供了我国创新评价研究的一个全景图,最后以未来研究展望做结。

The paper reviews the innovation evaluation literature based on 246 peer- review journal papers in Chinese with the methods of descriptive and systematic analysis. This paper firstly gives a clear clue of innovation evaluation research,and then presents an integrated framework of innovation evaluation from the perspective of innovation process. This framework includes all evaluation themes related to the innovation process such as innovation driving factors,innovation behaviors or activities,innovation subjects and innovation risks. Finally,this paper gives the outlook of future research in this field.
