摘要
在创新驱动发展的大时代背景下,本文基于浙江省百强制造业的数据,通过相关性与回归性分析,研究浙江省制造业企业创新人才竞争力对创新绩效的影响。研究发现:(1)企业创新人才竞争力与企业创新绩效之间存在着正相关;(2)企业中研究与试验发展人数、拥有博士学位人数和拥有高级技术职称人数的多少对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响。针对研究结论,本文对制造业企业创新绩效的提高提出相应的意见和建议。
Under the background of the great age of the innovation driven development,this paper based on the data of one hundred manufacturing enterprises of Zhejiang Province,using correlation and regression to analyze the relationship between innovative talents and the innovation performance. The study found:( 1) There is a positive correlation between the competitiveness of enterprises and innovation performance;( 2) The number of research and development,doctoral degree,senior technical titles in the enterprise have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance. According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.
