河北省科技金融超市运行发展研究

A research on the operation and development of S&T financial supermarket in Hebei Province

科学技术是第一生产力,金融是现代经济的核心,科技和金融是经济增长的两翼。科技型企业是技术创新的重要源泉,但科技型企业融资困难一直是制约其健康、快速发展的重要因素。"科技金融超市"是科技创新与金融资本相结合的新一代产物,是解决科技型企业融资难题的有效途径。在大力推动"双创"的环境下,本研究基于科技金融研究现状,从科技金融超市运行服务的角度出发,构建了科技金融超市运行架构,同时以河北省的科技金融超市合作机构为案例,提出发展科技金融超市的对策建议并指出其发展方向,旨在为科技金融超市高效运营及进一步推广奠定基础。

S&T is the first productive force,and finance is the core of modern economy,so S&T and finance are the two wings of economic growth. S&T enterprises are important sources of technological innovation,but the financing difficulties of S&T enterprises have always been important factors which restrict the healthy and rapid development of enterprises. S&T financial supermarket is a new generation of technology innovation and financial capital,and it is an effective way to solve the financing problems of S&T enterprises. To vigorously promote the ' E&I' environment,based on the research status of technology and finance,and from the angle of S&T financial supermarket operation service of technology,this paper build a financial supermarket service organization architecture,and use Hebei Province S&T financial supermarket cooperation mechanism as a case,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of S&T financial supermarket,meanwhile point out its development direction,in order to lay the foundation for efficient operation of financial supermarket technology and for integration of S&T industry and the financial industry.
