摘要
从企业的结构特征和资源特征两方面考虑,对联盟网络中的企业进行角色定义与分配,角色包括"贫民"企业、"仓库"企业、"纽带"企业和"王牌"企业四类,以2000~2008年中国通讯设备行业的企业联盟为研究对象,用社会网络分析法和负二项回归来研究联盟网络中各企业角色的创新能力,并相应地给出提高创新能力的建议。研究结果表明联盟网络中的不同角色的企业创新能力显著不同,"贫民"企业的创新能力最弱,但"王牌"企业的创新能力是否最强未能验证;"仓库"企业比"纽带"企业有更强的创新能力,资源特征对创新能力的正向影响大于结构特征的影响。
Considering the structural and resource characteristics of firms in alliance network,this paper defined and divided the firm role into four categories,including the'poor','warehouse','hub'and'trump'. Moreover,this paper took the firm alliance of China communication equipment industry between 2000 and 2008 as a research object to analyze the innovation capability of each firm role through social network analysis and negative binominal regression methods,and also gave advices to improve innovation capability accordingly. The results show that the innovation capability of different firm role is different significantly. The'poor'firm has the weakest innovation capability,and whether the 'trump'has the strongest innovation capability cannot be verified. The 'warehouse'firm has stronger innovation capability than the 'hub'firm,that is,the positive effect of resource characteristic on innovation capability is stronger than structural characteristic's.
