民技军用是科技领域军民融合发展的重要内容。本文分阐述了民用技术转军用潜力相关概念,介绍了证据推理理论,研究了民用技术转军用潜力评价指标,构建了基于证据推理理论的民用技术转军用潜力评价模型,并进行了案例分析。研究结论为科学识别与客观评价民技军用潜力提供了理论和方法支持。

Transfer of civil technology to military use is an important content of civil-military integration in science and technology. This paper defined the concept of potential for transfer of civil technology to military use,introduced the Evidence Reasoning Theory,studied the evaluation index of potential for transfer of civil technology to military use,construct the potential evaluation model for transfer of civil technology to military use by Evidence Reasoning Theory,and conduct a case study. The research conclusion provided theoretical and methodological support for scientific understanding and objective evaluation of the potential for transfer of civil technology to military use.
